ACAD 2000 plotting to HP DesignJet 700

(OP)
We are running ACAD 2000 and plotting to a HP DesignJet 700 Plotter and are having trouble with our line not connecting.  We use osnaps in the drawings and everything looks fine until we plot the drawing.  Then not all the line connect as they should.  Any suggestions?

RE: ACAD 2000 plotting to HP DesignJet 700

Try typing 'hpconfig' at the prompt in AutoCAD for configeration options on your printer. If this does not work go to the HP website and see if there is a driver specifically for AutoCAD, install it and try again. This usually correct the problem and adds a few nice features to plot configuration. If there is no CAD specific driver, then you'll have to try something else.
