Any newer drying system for polymer particles

Any newer drying system for polymer particles

Any newer drying system for polymer particles

(OP)
I'm looking for new drying system for polymer particles. Those particles are dewatered (moisture content is less than 10%), and are needed to be dried below 1% of moisture. The current system is the fluid bed dryer, which needs lots of heat energy. Would you please give me any idea to reduce my drying costs?

RE: Any newer drying system for polymer particles

You can probably go for an tray drier .
But what type of polymeric material you use for drying.
 Regards,
samrat.
