How do you compensate for boiling rate on level

(OP)
Dear sirs,

We have a kettle steam generator. We have increased rates by 35 %.  I think I need to adjust down my calibration density on the device becuase the overall level will increase.  Can anyone advise of a link to calculte this?

RE: How do you compensate for boiling rate on level

What you need is a control system for a steam boiler, this systems operate with the measurement of the pressure of the steam, the water feed to the boiler, and the level at the drum, you can contact some Bailey Meters representative to show you what you need to control your boiler. If not I can send you a loop control of this system to your e-mail.
