Electrical Clearances
(OP)
Does anyone know the IEC standard that establishes phase to phase and phase to earth clearances for electrical parts?
When was the last time you drove down the highway without seeing a commercial truck hauling goods?

RE: Electrical Clearances
This is written for motors and generators, but as Scotty would say "you canna change the laws of physics".
However, these assume a clean dry assembly ie in an IP54 box. Whereas for a transformer outdoors these would not really be acceptable.NEMA is written assumeing ventialted boxes and calls for massive clearences between phases
What do you need them for? This, potentially involves safet and you should make sure things are designed for the correct application.
