Falling Head Permeability Test - Soilcrete

Falling Head Permeability Test - Soilcrete

Falling Head Permeability Test - Soilcrete

(OP)
Will the age or stage of the hydration process of a cement mixed soilcrete have an influence on permeability when testing in a triaxial apparatus per ASTM D 5084?

After a soil-cement mix has cured to the state of being able to be cored, say 4 or 5 days, will there be a permeability difference from 7-day cure to 28-day cure?

Soilcrete is a mix of Type I/II Portland Cement and silty sand. Unconfined compressive 7-day strengths will be around 100-psi.
