Hello,

We are using the Rotation icon in Part Design, and noticed that there is an option to rotate using an Axis and Two Elements (CATIA V5R16).

Question: What exactly does this do? I know choosing the axis gets you the axis of rotation, but does it line up the two elements? We don't know what it actually does.

The help page provides a good explanation of all the options in Rotation.

Click the Rotation icon, and then F1

By mistake I was looking at the R14 documentation. Anyways, I looked at the R16 documentation and found the explanation.
