Project Modeling in Spreadsheet

Project Modeling in Spreadsheet

Project Modeling in Spreadsheet

(OP)
Hi ALl.

I wanted to know if some body has developed any spreasheet model for Schedule evaluation. e.g. Weather or not we can build a spreadsheet model that can tell us about the risks involved etc. All I want to know that how can I use spreadsheet modeling and simulation techniques to get project evaluation easier and faster.

Any comment are welcome!

RE: Project Modeling in Spreadsheet

You'll probably find that a tool like Primavera or MS Project, with the @Risk add in, is better than spreadsheets for evaluating schedule risk.
