Simodrive 611 Help?

Simodrive 611 Help?

(OP)
Looking for the exact configuration of the internal relay contacts of a Siemens' Simodrive 611 (digital) that control the power supply's go/nogo out put to the PLC.  Does anyone have any information on this?  I've checked at the Siemens' Power and Automation website, checked Doc on Web, and Doc on CD, and I still don't have a clue where or what exactly it is.  I am having a problem with a unit that had the main power supply changed out for a new one, and now am getting the error  to the PLC that is stating that the power supply is not ready.  terminal X111 (73.2) and (72).  It's a NO contact on 24V, and I need to find out what (exactly) controls that contact to find a fix to the problem.  Can anyone help me out?

RE: Simodrive 611 Help?

First, there are two sets of contacts: one NO (73.1-72) that closes when the drive is ready and one NC (73.2-74) that opens when the drive is ready. You will never, under any circumstances get a closed contact between 73.2 and 72. Try to reconnect so you use 73.1 and 72. That should work.
