Exhause Stack Noise

Exhause Stack Noise

(OP)
I am on a simple cycle GT project that required the change of the exhaust stack height.  The idea is to keep the existing silencer and replace the stack.  It should be noted that the plant has not been built yet, and I am trying to assess the impact on noise emmisions for the redesign.  Is there any way to approximate the frequency of sound that the stack will be emitting?  I have been looking at basic newtonian physics in regards to sound through an open ended tube.  Any help would be appreciated.

Best Regards

Wolfie
