I have to make a shaft sleeve to fit onto a shaft where the drive collar grub screws do not mark the shaft.

The method selected is to make the shaft sleeve without the usual holes for grub screws to contact with the shaft, a la the Flexibox FFET.

I have an old FFET to use as a guide for this method and the pressures the seal will see is less than 3 bar but I would still like to prove the design.

HOw can I confirm the grub screws tightening onto the sleeve will give enough 'grip' on the shaft at certain pressures.
