PVElite Terminology

PVElite Terminology

PVElite Terminology

(OP)
What is the meaning of the following expression, found in PVELite calculation output:

"The Drop for this Nozzle is .... x.xxxx mm"

Any helpful response would be appreciated.

Regards,

Ralph

RE: PVElite Terminology

I believe they are referring to the amount of extra pipe that gets cut off, "drop", that you will have when the nozzle is inserted into a shell/head, i.e. the amount extra you will need for the bill of materials in order to get the projected length you require for the nozzle.
