Paraffin Tanks Steam Coils

(OP)
Hi, im designing an paraffin storage tank, but in order to make the contents allowable to be pumped, a steam coil system will be used. HOW DO I DESIGN A STEAM COIL SYSTEM, its there any information available to do this, any rules or something??. the steam passing thru the coil its saturated at 60 psi.

Any information will be a apreciated. Thanks.

RE: Paraffin Tanks Steam Coils

Whether 60 psia or psig the temperature of the steam coil may induce scorching of the parwax. Consider using tempered water, for example, condensate. Just to keep the wax at a temperature a few degrees above melting point. It is, of course, understood the tank will be thermally insulated and inert gas blanketed to minimize oxidation.
