Hello Experts
Could anybody advise a WEB, a Paper or a Book that describe in pictures (and text)different types of the above mentioned. Years ago I saw an Atlas with many colored pictures and explanation in additional.

I believe you are looking for the ASM Handbook Volume 11 - Failure Analysis and Prevention
ASM stands for American Society for Metals.

As the previous person mentioned, ASM Handbook Volume 11 Failure Analysis and Prevention is one of the premier publications on this subject.  ASM Handbook Volume 12 Fractography is another excellent resource.  ASM has combined much of its collected information on this subject into a web-based resource called ASM Failure Analysis Center Online.  I highly recommend the Handbooks or the Failure Analysis Center Online as valuable references.  You can obtain more information on these resources by using the following links:
