Low power LCD display

Looking for a link to low power LCD display, like the 7 microamp displays running on a single cell in calculators, thermometers.

The controllers are COB, naturally, but somebody must sell the chips...

Maybe these..  They are static displays unlike regular LCDs.  They only use power to change.  You can turn them off and even disconnect them and ship them around and the image will stay unchanged.  So low power? Yes!

Down side? They don't update very quickly.(often not a problem sometimes a show stopper)
