For each part I drag into my assembly a pair of blue arrows is displayed along with the part. The blue arrows are perpendicular to each other and appear to have their origins at what would be the origin of the x-y plane in the original part. When the part is moved the blue arrows are moved also. The distance between each set of blue arrows and its corresponding part remains constant.

Is there a way to keep these blue arrows from being displayed. Until recently these arrows were never displayed whenever I added a new part to an assembly.

RE: hide blue arrows

These arrows are the Origins.  You can turn them off by clicking 'View' then 'Origins'.
