Help in finding diode replacement/substitution!!!

Help in finding diode replacement/substitution!!!

Help in finding diode replacement/substitution!!!

(OP)
I'm trying to find a diode replacement/substitution for this diode here:

http://www.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail?Ref=42339&Row=519998&Site=US

Digikey was no help in trying to find a suitable sub that i can get in 10pc packages. all they can offer is the same diode in 1500/3000 pc packages, so of course for home experimenting i can't afford a $250 price tag for 4 diodes.

does anyone know where i can find a suitable diode for use in a PWM circuit??

thank you
leon

What voltage???

Have to be 4A?

Have to be a DO201AD?

Voltage is std vehicle voltage, so not more than 14.4. but it is the current that is really necessary and the same shape/size since the board is already designed, just need that one part to put in.

thanks

Oh... Um can you be more specific on what this is for.  I am wondering what you need an "ultra fast" diode for?  Please describe your circuit a little.

Nevermind, thanks for the help though. i'm just going to go with their higher voltage diode.

the circuit is a 3 freq pulse width modulator for an electrolyzer.

Okay, good luck.

You'll need it.
