(OP)
Hello,

We recently had SW2006 SP 4.1 installed. Previously I had no problems on start up, but now I receive the following error prompts when starting the program (please see attachment).
"the folder "c:\program files\common files\solidworks data\\partlibs" is invalid or is not writable. Please speficy a valis writable autosave part library folder"

then

"error: a part library directory does not exist. you will be prompted to select a folder to place toolbox created parts"

As I do not have admin privileges I need to find out what changes to make in order to resolve this issue so that I can forward them to our IT group.

Thanks in advance,
Adrian
