Bring in your ASCII delimited point data. You will then have to use selection filters to select points. Then use Insert->Curve->Through Reference Points. Use lofts, sweeps, or surface fills to create your surface from these curves. Hopefully your data is not noisey.
2007 premium has Scanto3d tools. I evald and wasn't to hot on it. I'll stick with my reverse engineering tools.
