(OP)
ASME B16.5 150lb RF, currently I am allowing these to be used for normal operating design pressure max. 6 bar/0.6 MPa.  Our test pressure is 6 bar X 1.5 equals 9 bar/0.9MPa.
I want to know what is the maximum safe operating pressure that I can allow.

RE: pressure

The temperature  / presure ratings for the flanges B16.5 RF I assume you know (1960 kPa @ -29 to 38 deg C and 600 kPa @ 430 deg C). Also, you know the limit of 430 deg C for A105 forgings or 340 deg C for A350-LF2 forgings, don't you?

From your hydrotest calculation, I assume the ambient operating temperature for the mentioned flanges, otherwise you would add the temperature correction.

Hence, your maximum operating pressure is 1920 kPa at ambient temperature.

Cheers
