RE: Threaded holes

You need to find your holes.txt file and add it in.

Depending how your Solid Edge is set up will depend on where this file is, C:\Program Files\Solid Edge V18\Program by default I believe however ours is configured so that everyone looks at a common write protected file on the server.

To add it in you need nominal diameter; internal minor diameter; external minor diameter; thread type

e.g. 0.7500; 0.7229; 0.7193; .750-40 UNS-

(we put the dash but leave off the class so we can use it on both internal & external threads, we add the class in the draft callout)

The holes.txt file explains most of this.

Hope this helps.
