Big Trouble with PLC01

Today i have changed the lamp on our Laser for welding and i have found a big trouble. Before, with old lamp our laser working so well but it have already shot 1 Milion and 4 hundred time so we need change the lamp with brand new, now newest lamp go on, it turn on the light it shoot but on our fibre don't shoot anything and we can't weld our metal! Somebody can help us about this?

Does your laser indicate it is making optical power? Is the shutter opening? Is it now possible you have a broken or severely misaligned fiber?
