Ground Fault CT

(OP)
Does anyone have a new or used ground fault sensing CT for a Federal Pioneer Electric relay? The CT is rectangular with a 4 x 17 inch window, part number R4-17A. We have had a failure and require one ASAP. Factory delivery for a new one is too long.

Thank you

RE: Ground Fault CT

Is the core usable?
Is the ratio low enough that it is feasible to hand wind it with magnet wire? It may not be perfect but it should serve until a new one is aquired.
