I am kindly looking for some good notes on AC/DC drives theory and application and how PLCs are used in this applications.
I have seen a mult-media CD on sale but the price is just to high.
Any one out there who can help me?

Siemens in the USA have a pretty good site that provides you with some on-line training tutorials that include AC/DC drives as well as PLC's. Click on this link: http://www.sea.siemens.com/sitrain/default.asp and then click on the "quickSTEP Online Courses" and then click "downloads". Of course, they may not give you exactly what you want but they are free.

hello   i would  call roden elect supply and then drop by after work and pick up lit on their products and get copies of sample connection diagrams. just about any elect motor supply house will have the tech materieal you need. i have always liked allen bradley products. barry
