I don't know what this means...

I don't know what this means...

We just got SW in our office and unfortunately we've not had any training yet. I've managed to create a model and I'm working hard attempting to add more features to it. Somewhere along the way, something happened and now I have two identical  design tree fields on the left side of the screen, one above the other... I don't know what I did to create this situation or how to change it so it's like it was before with only one design tree. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks

Grab the divider between the two windows and drag it all the way down.

Just a pedantic point ... the "home" position of the "split" bar is all the way UP.

Thanks, I'll do it. But is this normal?

RE: I don't know what this means...

Yes, if you moved it accidentally. It should not happen on its own.
The idea of the split Feature Manger is so that you can view different portions of it at the same time, or also view one of the other "managers" by clicking on one of the "tabs" which are available in each portion.

RE: I don't know what this means...

I use for when I want to view the feature tree and the configuration tab at the same time, usually when cycling through the configs to make sure they rebuild correctly. But as CBL mentioned....when done..move it back up to the top when you're done or it will reappear when using various commands and in various positions.
