what are some ways to show a radius bend on sheet metal?

what are some ways to show a radius bend on sheet metal?

what are some ways to show a radius bend on sheet metal?

(OP)
Im trying to do a spec drawing on a product with a radius bend on it.  I tried using sketch bend, edge flange, as well as trying to rip after modeling a shell model. I know this process isn't common in sheetmetal but this is an exception. If any one knows the trick, please share.

RE: what are some ways to show a radius bend on sheet metal?

By "radius bend" do you mean a flange around a curved edge?
If so you cannot do that in Sheet Metal in any SW version prior to SW07. SW07 does have that ability though.

If you absolutely need this you will have to "cheat" & get creative with configurations to achieve the desired appearance.
