The material is NI-FE based with the addition of Ti and Mo.
See my previous thread for Chemistry.
There is no domestic standard.
I was told the material originated in Europe and marketed as a "Titanium spring material".

If you do not know what the spring has to endure you can not just copy the material. Even if you had the original material you still has to know the manufacturing processes such as: set remove, shot peening etc.
