(OP)
Does anyone know where I can find some good resources regarding prestressing strands exposed to saltwater?  I have a project in which some hollow core slabs in a commercial building were damaged by Hurricane Katrina's storm surge.  The surge uplift forces caused spalling and cracking of the concrete slabs at midspan both in the top and bottom of some pieces.  My concern is long term corrosion of the strands.

RE: Saltwater, Prestressing Strands & Katrina

Maybe try:

ACI 222.2R-01 "Corrosion of Prestressing Strand"

as a starting point.
