Hi all
i got a file from someone and i am supposed to make some modifications on, when i open layout and open the viewport autocad make zoom extend for view
so how can i stop autocad from making Zoom Extend when i enter the view. i use Autocad 2006

RE: ViewPort

While viewport is active, set UCSFOLLOW to 0 (setting is viewport specific, set for each viewport).

RE: ViewPort

You can also lock the viewport.  Right click the viewport border, go for properties, and lock the viewport.

RE: ViewPort

You should make your modifications in model space instead of layout.  Reserve layouts for plotting.
