Importing (x,y,z) coordinate files

Importing (x,y,z) coordinate files

Importing (x,y,z) coordinate files

(OP)
Does anyone know the specific command for importing a (x,y,z) coordinate file into Unigraphics?

RE: Importing (x,y,z) coordinate files

Method 1: Use can use GRIP command to write a program
          to import this X,Y,Z coordinate files provided
          that you have the GRIP execute module license.
Method 2: If you don't have the GRIP license. You may
          write a program in any language(ex: Visual Basic)
          to read all the coordinate from that file and
          convert them into IGES or DXF format and then
          import into UG.
Method 3: In fact, If you already sign a maintenance     contract with UG Solutions, then you will be able
to get the availble sample of GRIP program source file through UGWEB by www.Ugsolutions.com
