Earthwork 3D CAD Import Assistance

Earthwork 3D CAD Import Assistance

(OP)
Yes well, I've just started attempting the earthwork on a rather large job for subdivision and recieved a CAD file for it. The only thing is, in the CAD file the existing topography is in the (xx.x) format and for some reason when importing Earthwork 3D goes "Well (xx is a point, and x) is a point," so I end up with two points in the same place with very diffrent values. [The whole jobsite is in the 20 range.] Another misfortune is the setup of the plans so that I am unnable to do my earthwork from them because I am not willing to do a take off for each of the sheets.
Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, and another thing, if the points are imported as Annotation points, the value is retained fully, but I don't know how to choose how to import them, if it's possible.

Ah nevermind, upon looking at the CAD file again, it seems the points are like that in the file itself, if this is a bug or simply a lazy engineer is a mystery to me.
