Hi all,

Has anyone tried out the reverse engineering module? I saw the demo and it looks useful. My main goal is to turn my scanned data points to a solid model. Is it worth purchasing?

Thanks for sharing your experience with this module!

Regards,
Gwen

RE: reverse engineering module

Hi Gwen,

This is interesting, as I am venturing into scan data at the moment.

And I have no idea about the module you're referring to !

What module is it you mean?  Is it in Wildfire 2.0 ?

Thanks
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

It's actually a module that's not included in the foundation package. WF2 and WF3 supports it. I requested a quotation from PTC and it's 15k USD for it. That's when I stop thinking about it...
