what is the name of this solution, English is not my first tounge.

water 100 pound
portland cement 50 pound
fluidizer 10 poun ,
It is used to injet on 65' dep,  4"diam hole each at 7 feet pattern to build a soil  barrier at a big slope on a river coast
there is a town on the border at 220 feet over the river coast and it have to be sustained.

My affair is how to handle , before and when  pumping, such solution.

To pump it, I think on progresive cavity pump , MOYNO, could be a brand , not know.

Before pump it, the mixture have to be agitated or stirred while the solution is pump.
That is my concern, how it is made.

As the holes to made are about 7000 , and work time is about 15 month from now , the working rate shall be about 40 hole a day.
Each hole will use about 160 gallon  so  a 500 Gallon tank is to be used to work on 3 hole at a time.

The pump is rated at 50 gallon / hour .

So the time the solution will be on the tank is about 3 hours

My final question what is the best stirrer method to be used???

Thanks In advance.
