Hi there!
I've meet difficulties to provide to client a photovoltaic unit with GFDI option FULLY UL cetified. Just note that the PV inverter unit was certified before without GFDI option. And now here is coming troubles....The UL1741 section 53 has description Voltage Surge Test.Everything is ok with it. But section 53.1 says the unit supposed to be preconditioned at RH=93%+/-2% and temp around 90degF. And inverter is to be exposed to ambient air 90degF. And after 168 hours is to be kepr in chamber. The dimensions of unit 6x4x8ft. how I can make such a condition with high humidity to the unit in normal manufacturing or test product environment without not spend fortune for special equipment? did somebody get this already? all comments and advices are welcome.
