(OP)
I am new to this site. I am a civil engineer and presently using UBC 97 and IBC2003 for design of buildings. I have some questions regrarding these two standards.
Which forums are the best to send questions regarding these two standards? I couldn't see a forum with "IBC" or "UBC" name.

RE: best forum for UBC 97 and IBC2003

Sometimes IBC or UBC questions come up on the structural engineers forum.  International Code Council (owners of IBC) have their own forum at iccsafe.org
