(OP)
I'm new to residential design and have a cost question. Is it cheaper/easier to pick up load bearing walls on triple/double lvls or 2x10 dropped girders and CMU piers in crawl spaces? Any help wouuld be appreciated. I'm in NC.

RE: residential crawl space foundations

From your description, my house sounds like it has the latter of the two.  My house is about 40 years old though so I couldn't tell you if its' the more efficent of the two.

RE: residential crawl space foundations

do a cost comparison!
