Motor Vibration Problem

Motor Vibration Problem

(OP)
I'm driving a 2.2 kW induction motor with a 7.5 kW drive. In v/f mode, there's no problem but in sensorless speed vector mode, motor vibrates especially at lower speeds. Drive has a auto tuning function for parameter estimation but it does not work for rotor time constant without encoder. Anyway i could not be able to make it run smooth in vector mode. What may you suggest me?

RE: Motor Vibration Problem

You should be able to get rotor R and L from the motor manufacturer.

Usually, it is more a question of the P in the frequency loop. Or the I part. Have you tried reducing P and/or increasing I time?

As far as i know, reducing I helps vibration problem. But it didn't. I didn't try to increase it but i increased and decreased P part. It didn't make any change. I also varied slip.
