Contour Flange Profile Problem

Contour Flange Profile Problem

Contour Flange Profile Problem

(OP)
I'm creating some Derived Parts.  I have a master sketch in the first part for a set of related parts.

Some of my profile lines will not select properly.  These are really simple parts.  For example, I have 2 adjacent lines shaped like an "L".  When I go to select it as the Profile for my Contour Flange it will only select one line (or the other).  I've tried all the obvious things.

Any ideas?  (I'm using v7)

Thanks

RE: Contour Flange Profile Problem

How about right-click on the sketch in the tree manager, command shared sketch.

Or use project geometry...????

Well I got it to work.  I went in and sketched a line beyond the intersection, extended my 2 adjacent lines then trimmed them back to the intersection again.  That seemed to do the trick, but surely there is a better way.
