Need Rotation meter for VFDs

Need Rotation meter for VFDs

(OP)
Can anyone recommend a phase rotation meter that will work on PWM VFD outputs.   My AEMC #PMR-1 meter seems to go nuts when I connect it.   I was thinking one of the old fashion rotating motor type meters would work.  Anyone solve this problem?

RE: Need Rotation meter for VFDs

The old fashioned electromechanical rotation meters should work fine, I used them as demos to show instant reversal capabilities of VFDs years ago (before people readily accepted the concept). Here's one similar to what I had.
