Component color settings in start assembly

Component color settings in start assembly

Folks-
We're stumped on this one.  We have a start assembly where all seems right except for the fact that when components are added they take on an ugly rust color in spite of what color they have on their own.  It seems that there's some kind of default component color attribute in the assembly model.  Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it?  If an assembly has components we know how clear it but we need to know how to change the start assembly so it doesn't assign colors at all!

RE: Component color settings in start assembly

When "Assembly" is set active in the colour editor, hit the Clear button. This should restore the default colour to the equally bland grey.

Sounds too easy but we'll give it a try.
