roll forming with bending

(OP)
Hallo!
I am looking for info about roll-forming with bending in the same line; I know already the traditional process but it has very low bending precision. I am looking for +-0,3 mm bending tolerance  or near. Is there something like NC bending an twisting that can be placed at the end of the roll forming line?

RE: roll forming with bending

Can you tell us what shape of metal to be bent?

I have to profile and bend a C section (about 10x10mm).
Solution described in manufacturingtalk seems in the right way, I need more info about production line.

RE: roll forming with bending

You might want to search under ironing and extrusion (separately) in google along with your type of material and see what comes up.  Also look for products that fit your parameters and search in Thomas Register for a supplier, maybe make some phone calls.
