CSWP exam
CSWP exam
(OP)
Hi,
I am going to take the CSWP exam in a couple of months could anyone give me a good idea of which books or websites will be helpful to prepare me for the exams.
I have been using solidworks for the past 4 years.
DO anyone know how much it will cost to write the CSWP exam?
Thanks,
Alagaraj

RE: CSWP exam
Some VAR's offer a CSWP training course and www.igetit.com used to offer an online course. If you visit the NVTSWUG section of my website I have a powerpoint presentation which offers some details and information about the exam

Never argue with an idiot. They'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience every time.
RE: CSWP exam
I just earned my CSWP a couple of weeks ago. I think that the i.get.it prep was especially good. If you already have a good grasp of SolidWorks it will get you ready for everything that you'll be asked to do in the actual exam. That in combination with the skills gap assessment on there is really a good primer for the test.
Going back thru the training manuals doesn't hurt either but the i.get.it is definitely more finely targeted to the actual test requirements. And as always using SW at work is the best preparation (practice, practice, practice).

RE: CSWP exam
I did the CSWP Exam last November. What I did was take the Advanced Courses, read the Help files and did the CSWP Exam course from igetit. The igetit course was very useful for the Exam. Then practice, practice, practice. Good luck.
