does someone know the tech of N2 seperation using membran. i'm currently having a porject to treat a waste stream contains CO2, N2, O2, maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, o-xylene and H2O. could someone provide me some idea, thanx

RE: N2 seperation tech

Well, there are lots of chemical to be treated. I'm quite sure that you have to use other separatioin processes (other than membrane), to cope with this waste stream. Anyway, there are many polymeric membrane that separate O2 from N2 but you have to do a research about which kind of polymer membrane that you could use in your condition.
