Close corners on sheet metal bends.

Close corners on sheet metal bends.

(OP)
I am creating sheet metal doors. I am flange bending the four sides then entending the walls up and out.
Is there a way to completly close the corners. Everything I try leaves a small hole at the corners.
I am using Pro/E Wildfire 2.0

RE: Close corners on sheet metal bends.

You have to have "relief" in the corners otherwise the sides would interfere with the adjacent side.  You can make the radii of the corners as small as possible to minimize this hole, but there will be a limit to how small you can make it.

WF3 has an automatic corner relief tool as part of the bend dashboard.
