I bought some 12L14 to produce solenoid, but the supplier could not give me much technical data. Could anyone give me or tell me where I can find information (such as heat treatment, magnetic curves, etc) of 12L14? Thanks for the help!

SAE 12L14 does not respond to quench and temper heat treatments, meaning those that intend to produce a martensitic microstructure. It is possible to surface harden this alloy through nitriding or carburizing. I suggest you look at the appropriate ASM Handbooks such as Volume 1 and Volume 4.
