Stacked Ballon help
Stacked Ballon help
(OP)
Question, and I fell dumb for asking it, but it is really bugging me to no end. How do you do stacked balloons on configurations? I've gone thru annotations, picked the stacked balloon icon, I pick one of the items that is shown on my -01 configuration, but how do I pick the one on my -02 config that is suppressed? Right now the only way I'm getting my other item number to show is by custome and manually adding it, but that's the correct way. Any help, greatly appriciated.

ctopher nailed it.
if the item isn't present in the particular config, you can't add to stack.

You will need to create a view specific to the config.

At the bottom of a drawing view:
-002 IS SAME EXCEPT AS NOTED
On the face of drawing there is a stacked bubble pointing to a pattern of 4 screws. One bubble is item 6, the other is item 7. Next to the item 6 bubble is placed -001 ONLY, next to the item 7 bubble is placed -002 ONLY.
Item 6 is a #10 Skt Hd Cap Screw.
Item 7 is a M5 Skt Hd Cap Screw.
The BOM has a QTY REQD column for -001 and a QTY REQD column for -002.
