Hello I have been searching for some Tensile strength data of tool steels.  I am looking for A-2, O-1, M-2,M-3,D-2,S-7.  if anyone has yeild strength, impact strength and machinability that would be great too!!

Hey thanks NickE I know the data is rare.  as i have been searching for it for about a month now and haven't found a single one!! hahahaha oh well such is life.  what about impact resistance?  ohh and another question there seems to be two scales for machinability one is comparing it to a 1% carbon and the other compares it to a W1 tool steel.  how do these scales compare?

Try this site
www.matweb.com
This is a site that has an extensive list of materials including tool steel. There are many options listed, or you may search by name, composition, etc.  I hope this helps.
