Good Day All,
Here we go again, I am reverse engineering an old PCB and need help identifying an sot-23 all I have is the laser code on the package which is ASG and the date code. Does anyone have a source for finding out what type of transistor this is? I did a search for the laser code and came up with lots of sites but none were of help.
Thanks for the input Dino

RE: SOT Identification

What kind of circuit. Digital I/O (i.e. switch)? RF circuit?
Analog circuit?

What is the possible function of the device? MOSFET, transistor, dual diode, zener?

Who makes the other semiconductor devices on the board?

Just a little bit of info will help trace down the possibilities.
