if i claculate heat transfer through insulation and all materials of tank,how can i calculate heat transfered to liquid in tank?,because tank is not full and  there is some level of liquid in there and above that is empty space,for example air and heat coming from outside come from all area of tank
i need to connect level of liquid with amount of heat given to that liquid ,because it's not the same i have full tank or level near empty for a same amount of heat coming from outside

let's say we are taking only conduction into consideration

Generally with liquids in vessels you have to consider radiation from the surface to the ambient and to the vessel side walls as well as radial conduction. For this you'd need to calculate the radiation view factors from the surfaces.
