Think i have figured it out.  Make a material catalog and then apply the material to the surface.

I hope you have the right license(I dont remember now)

follow me:

START>SHAPE>FREESTYLE>Insert>ShapeAnalysis>EnvironmentMapping

NOW select the surface and select your jpg from the folder

1. Need PHS
2. Create CATProduct
3. Start - Infrastructure - Photo Studio
4. Apply Sticker

Don't forget "Shading with Material" to visualize image.
