ETU

(OP)
Does anyone know what an ETU is?

Thanks.

RE: ETU

What context?
I don't know of an East Texas University.  Google ETU and find a Self Defense Acadamy and muchos otros TLA's.

RE: ETU

(OP)
One of the field personal were talking about getting an ETU out to a couple gas wells to have them cleaned out.

RE: ETU

ETU = Endless Tubing Unit? (aka coiled tubing unit)

RE: ETU

Thats the problem with abreviations, they mean different things to different people, for your well clean up it could be an Extended Test Unit which is a small skid for flowing and testing a well, but again this is known by hundreds of different acronyms. Your best bet is to ask the guy who suggested it what he meant.

RE: ETU

Maybe to someone the ..TU is Thermal Unit or Transfer Unit.
